Not only do we have our own in-house training manager, but we also bring in outside specialists to augment our training and develop skills further. The continuous education programmes we run for our optometrists, dispensing opticians, contact lens practitioners and registered hearing aid dispensers ensure that Leightons deliver the highest possible standards.

To guarantee quality dispensing and customer satisfaction, all Leightons branches are managed by dispensing opticians, registered with the General Optical Council.
